A Russian warship fired "warning shots" at a yacht in the English Channel near territorial British waters, the United Kingdom government reported to news agencies this Tuesday (16).
The incident with the yacht, which is registered under the British flag, occurred in international waters near British waters, a British defense source told Reuters and the AFP. The ship belongs to the Russian Navy, according to the British broadcaster BBC.
