Rubio who is 'anti-Latin America' and doesn't like Brazil, says Lula about Trump's secretary

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) criticized, this Tuesday (2), the US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio.
"It's been a while since I went to the US, that guy Marco Rubio is anti-Latin America. I already told Trump that he [Rubio] doesn't like Brazil. He wasn't at the meeting", said Lula.
