Rosalía postpones series of shows in Florida after family emergency

Singer Rosalía, 33, had to cancel her shows in Orlando and Miami, in the US state of Florida, with the "Lux Tour" due to a family emergency. The performances would kick off the tour in the United States.

The announcement was made by the Kaseya Center, a multipurpose arena that would host the Spaniard's shows in Miami. Rosalía would sing there this Thursday (4) and Saturday (6), and would perform at the Kia Center, in Orlando, on Monday (8).

"Due to a family emergency, Rosalía had to postpone her upcoming shows in Miami and Orlando," the text states. "She regrets disappointing her fans, but circumstances have left her no other choice."

The voice of "Despechá" and "Con Altura" is on a world tour promoting "Lux", her fourth studio album. She has already completed the series of shows in Europe and will now tour the United States and Canada. Then, it's Latin America's turn.

Rosalía has two shows scheduled for her "Lux Tour" in Brazil, on August 10th and 11th, at Farmasi Arena, in Rio de Janeiro.
