Rock in Rio releases complete line-up with Foo Fighters, Elton John, Maroon 5, Jamiroquai and big names in music
Rock in Rio 2026 already has its complete program defined, bringing together international artists, renowned names in Brazilian music, pop, rock, metal, electronic attractions and special meetings that promise to rock the City of Rock in September.
This year's edition takes place on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 12th and 13th of September. In recent days, the festival confirmed the remaining attractions, especially on the 6th and 13th, officially closing the division of artists by date and stage.
Ticket pre-sales begin on June 2nd, at noon, on the official Rock in Rio website. General sales will open on June 8th, at 7pm, also on the event's official platform.
On September 4th, Palco Mundo will be headlined by Foo Fighters, Rise Against, The Hives and Nova Twins. On the Sunset Stage, Capital Inicial appears inviting Dado Villa-Lobos, Hot Milk, Detonautas inviting Biquini and Di Ferrero.
September 5th will be heavy, with Avenged Sevenfold, Bring Me The Horizon, mgk and Sepultura on Palco Mundo. Sunset welcomes Bad Omens, Poppy, Black Pantera inviting Nervosa and Malvada inviting Day Limns.
On the 6th, the mix will be between pop, electronic and Brazilian music. Calvin Harris, Black Eyed Peas, Nelly and Barão Vermelho with a reunion of the original line-up occupy the World Stage. The Sunset Stage will have Ne-Yo, Jota Quest playing Tim Maia, BaianaSystem and Calema.
September 7th brings a historic lineup with Elton John, Gilberto Gil, Jon Batiste and Luísa Sonza inviting Roberto Menescal on Palco Mundo. At Sunset, there are Laufey, Péricles singing Motown, Roupa Nova inviting Guilherme Arantes and Vanessa da Mata inviting Rubel.
On September 11th, Palco Mundo welcomes Stray Kids, Alok with the Keep Art Human project, Hwasa and Nexz. The Sunset Stage will have Jamiroquai as one of the main attractions, in addition to PJ Morton, Os Garotin inviting Duquesa and Jota.pê inviting Luedji Luna and Zaynara.
On September 12, Maroon 5, Demi Lovato, J Balvin and Pedro Sampaio will headline Palco Mundo. Sunset will feature Mumford & Sons, João Gomes & Orquestra Brasileira, Gilsons inviting Daniela Mercury and Olodum, as well as Criolo, Amaro & Dino.
The closing, on September 13th, will have Twenty One Pilots, Halsey, Lola Young and Ivete Sangalo on Palco Mundo. At Sunset, Zara Larsson, Marina Sena inviting Céu, Joelma inviting Viviane Batidão and Carol Biazin inviting Joyce Alane will perform.
In addition to the main stages, the program also features attractions at New Dance Order, Espaço Favela, Global Village and Supernova, reinforcing the festival's proposal to bring together different styles, generations and musical scenes in the same edition.
With names like Foo Fighters, Elton John, Maroon 5, Twenty One Pilots, Jamiroquai, Sepultura, Avenged Sevenfold, Gilberto Gil, Demi Lovato, Ivete Sangalo and many others, Rock in Rio 2026 arrives as one of the most anticipated editions in recent years.
