Reach of PCC and Red Command extends to the USA, says Rubio

Marco Rubio, Secretary of State of the United States, stated this Thursday (28) that the reach of the Red Command and the PCC (First Command of the Capital) extends throughout the region and up to the USA.

The statement was made as justification for the classification of the two groups as terrorists by the American government.

"The Trump Administration will continue to use every tool available to protect our national security interests and deny funding and resources to narco-terrorists," Rubio said.
