Prouni 2026 extends deadline for registrations for the 2nd semester until Sunday (12)
Registration for the Prouni selection (University for All Program) in the 2nd semester of 2026 has been extended and will remain open until Sunday (12).
The deadline would end this Friday (10), but students can still register for free on the Single Access to Higher Education Portal, until 11:59 pm (Brasília time) on July 12.
Candidates who participated in the Enem (National High School Exam) in 2024 or 2025 can apply. To be eligible for the program, you must have obtained a minimum average of 450 points in the areas of knowledge and a grade above zero in the essay.
In addition, the candidate must have completed high school at a public school; or completed at a private school with a full scholarship; or partly in a public school and partly in a private school with or without a grant.
Person with a disability, as provided for by legislation; and teachers from the public education network, exclusively for undergraduate and pedagogy courses, are also entitled to compete for Prouni.
Prouni offers full or partial scholarships (with a 50% discount) at private higher education institutions. Registration must be carried out through the Single Access portal with the gov.br login. Simply indicate, in order of preference, up to two course options.
Registration can be completed until 11:59 pm on Sunday (12) and the result of the first call will be announced on July 15.
The selection process will also have a second call on August 5th, and those interested in continuing on the waiting list can express their opinion between August 26th and 27th.
