Protesters break windows and set fire to Tesla in march against the G7 in Geneva

Protesters set fire to a Tesla and broke the windows of a bank in Geneva on Sunday (14), expressing opposition to the Group of Seven (G7) summit, which will take place in the morning, a few kilometers away, in the French city of Évian-les-Bains.
Official members of the G7 are: Germany, Canada, United States, France, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom.
According to local police, the brand, which brought together 7 thousand people, it was mostly peaceful. Throughout the march, some knives and pyrotechnic devices were confiscated.
The demonstrators said they were protesting against the G7 because it is a symbol of concentrated political and economic power.
Last week, Tesla owner Elon Musk, who served as an advisor to US President Donald Trump, became the world's first trillionaire, reigniting concerns about inequality.
"For me, it's a gathering of the rich that shows, once again, how the rich can become even richer while the poor are left behind," said protester Pippa Saugy.
