According to the CBF president, all requests made by the commission have been met since the coach's arrival. For Xaud, Ancelotti's international experience can leave positive marks on Brazilian football beyond the results on the field.

"I believe that Ancelotti, with all his technical ability, will leave a positive legacy for Brazilian football", he added.

During the press conference, the director was also asked about the physical situation of Neymar, who is treating a calf injury. Without going into details about recovery or return period, Xaud preferred to transfer the responsibility for the evaluation to the team's professionals.

"In relation to Neymar, I think this is also up to the coaching staff. They are the ones who follow it most closely," he said.

Even without confirming the presence of the Santos striker at the World Cup, the president stated that the expectation is to have maximum strength in the World Cup dispute.

"We hope that 26 athletes will be there to represent the Brazilian team at the World Cup", he concluded.

In addition to issues linked to the national team, Xaud stated that the current administration intends to expand the development of football outside the country's large traditional centers. According to him, the objective is to strengthen smaller federations and decentralize investments.

"All these changes were to promote Brazilian football in all regions, especially in smaller federations and less privileged regions", he declared.
