President of Gaviões talks about statute reform, judicial intervention and SAFiel; look

The president of Gaviões da Fiel, Ale Oz, published this Thursday morning (18) a personal position on issues involving the reform of the statute, possible judicial intervention and even the SAFiel proposal.
In a long text published on social media, the leader of Corinthians' main organized fans expressed concern about what he categorized as an "alarming" situation, stating that he had reached the conclusion that the associative model that runs the club no longer presents any reliable solution to Alvinegro's problems.

"First of all, it is worth highlighting that this is a personal opinion and does not necessarily represent the entity's position to date.
I believe that all of us Corinthians have been extremely concerned about the entire alarming situation at Corinthians for a long time.
I, from everything I saw, heard and followed in recent years (and I confess that I tried very hard to believe that there was still a way out), I came to the conclusion, with great sadness, that there is no longer a reliable solution coming from this associative model that has taken over Corinthians.
I still believed that the reform of the statute could represent a modicum of hope, a first step towards change.
But, apparently, for some, maintaining an outdated, outdated system that directly contributed to the situation the club finds itself in continues to be the best alternative.
The most worrying thing is not just the current state of Corinthians, but the resistance of those who insist on preserving the same mechanisms that brought us here.
As long as private interests remain above the interests of the club, Corinthians will remain hostage to a model that has demonstrated its failure countless times.
Now about the intervention...
I, with my CPF as a Corinthians fan since 1980, even though I understand that prosecutors need to clarify doubts to Fiel, I am in favor of judicial intervention in Corinthians.
And I explain why.
I think that all people who still believe in this current management model should raise the flag for intervention, as it could clean up all the dirt that has been thrown under the carpet over all these years.
She could put an end to any supposed schemes, contracts or shady interests within the PSJ and, subsequently, hand the club over to people supposedly without personal interests and minimally honest.
But, of course, before that, it is essential to clear up all possible and impossible doubts and explain to everyone what is myth and what is true about the process.
Now about Safiel...
As I recently said to some people: if some managers, advisors, fans, among others, really don't believe in the possibility of raising funds from Safiel, why don't they sign the non-binding proposal and let everyone know that the project doesn't work, that it won't work and that there is no market interest?
The opportunity is in their hands, lol. Or is the fear precisely of signing, moving on to the next stage and then having to sit down at the table to debate a more professional management model within the club?
I ask because, if the conviction that the project is unfeasible is so great, there shouldn't be any concern about allowing it to be analyzed and tested.
I support!
Today, at Corinthians, even though many people within the PSJ have different solutions, the truth is that facts speak louder than any narrative.

General Assembly suspended
The Court suspended this Tuesday (16) the General Assembly of Corinthians called for next Saturday (20), in which members would vote on the proposal to reform the club's statute.
The decision came from judge Maurício Campos da Silva Velho, from the 4th Chamber of Private Law of the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJ-SP), who accepted the request for appeal protection formulated by life counselors Ademir de Carvalho Benedito, Alexandre Husni and Guilherme Gonçalves Strenger and determined the suspension of the effects of the notice calling the meeting.
In the judge's assessment, the elements presented by the appellant reveal consistent signs of irregularities in the processing of the proposed statutory reform, which justifies the precautionary suspension of the process. Among the aspects highlighted is the possible violation of article 97, item "M", of the Corinthian statute, which gives the Guidance Council (Cori) the authority to propose statutory changes to the Deliberative Council (CD).
The aggravators allege that the Guidance Council is responsible for proposing statutory changes and that it did not approve the text subsequently sent to the CD. In the counselors' interpretation, the rejection of the draft by Cori compromises the validity of all subsequent procedures.
Benedito, Strenger and Husni also argue that the reform process disrespected the rite established by statute. According to the thesis presented to the Court, the CD deliberated, in November 2025, only on the convenience of promoting a statutory reform, without there being at that time a base text or concrete proposal submitted for evaluation by the body's members.
According to the applicants, the first instance decision mistakenly interpreted this deliberation as prior approval of the reform proposal. In the counselors' view, however, recognizing the convenience of modernizing the statute cannot be confused with the approval of specific content to change the club's internal rules.
