Police investigate whether four bodies found in SP are those of funk producers

The São Paulo Civil Police is investigating whether four bodies found on Sabesp land, in the Heliópolis region, between this Monday (25th) and Tuesday (26th), are those of employees of a funk producer who are missing.

The bodies are still in the identification process. The case is investigated by the DHPP (Department of Homicide and Personal Protection).

According to the police, the agents were patrolling the region on Monday night (25), when they entered the land and noticed three spots with disturbed earth covered by recently trimmed vegetation.

As they approached, they found three bodies wrapped in blankets with a large stone on top. Two of them still had a white substance on top, appearing to be lime.

During a sweep of the land on Tuesday afternoon, a fourth body was found in the same condition as the others.

In a note to CNN Brasil, Sabesp reported that it is cooperating with police authorities in the investigation at the site.
