Poland deploys fighter jets after Russian attack on Ukraine, says army

Poland, a member of NATO and the EU (European Union), mobilized fighter jets as a preventive measure after Russia's attack on Ukraine this Wednesday (1st), the Polish Armed Forces reported in a post on the social network X.

"These actions are preventive in nature and aim to ensure the safety and protection of airspace, especially in areas adjacent to threatened regions", said the publication.
