Pix crashed? Customers complain about tool instability

Customers from different banks have reported problems with Pix on social media this Wednesday (27).

According to the Downdetector platform, which monitors service websites, an increase in complaints was detected around 8am (Brasília time), but peaks in complaints peaked around 1pm.

Among the banks mentioned by customers are: NuBank, Caixa Econômica, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Itaú and Santander.
