PF suggests to Mendonça that Vorcaro leave superintendence after denying agreement
The Federal Police suggested to Minister André Mendonça, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), that Daniel Vorcaro leave the corporation's superintendence cell in Brasília.
The recommendation was made by the delegates conducting the investigation against Banco Master together with the communication to the minister about the rejection of the ex-banker's plea bargain proposal.
Vorcaro remained superintendant of the PF to articulate the terms of the plea bargain proposal that was being negotiated with the corporation and the PGR (Attorney General's Office).
He is currently in a special room with air conditioning, private bathroom, minibar, closet and window overlooking the corporation's garden.
The PF rejected the former banker's plea bargain proposal for the second time. The prosecutors are still negotiating with Vorcaro's lawyers, despite signaling resistance to what was offered by the businessman.
