PF launches new phase of operation on INSS fraud

The Federal Police and the General Comptroller of the Union launched, on the morning of this Wednesday (27), a new phase of Operation Without Discount, which investigates a national scheme of unauthorized associative discounts on retirement and pensions.

31 search and seizure warrants, eight electronic monitoring precautions and other restrictive measures are being executed, issued by the Federal Supreme Court, in the states of Pernambuco, São Paulo and Paraíba, in addition to the Federal District.

According to the PF, the purpose of the action is to deepen investigations that aim to clarify the practice of various crimes against the public administration, such as the creation of a criminal organization, social security fraud and acts of concealment and property dilapidation.
