PF and CGU launch new phase of operation that investigates retirement and pension fraud

The Federal Police (PF) and the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) launched this Wednesday (27) a new phase of Operation Without Discount, which investigates a national scheme of undue discounts on retirement and pensions.
31 search and seizure warrants, eight electronic monitoring precautions and other restrictive measures, authorized by the Federal Supreme Court (STF), in the Federal District and in the states of Pernambuco, São Paulo and Paraíba.
In São Paulo, nine warrants are served. Among the targets are four associations:
Amar
Master Prev
AASP
ANDAPP
The action aims to investigate crimes against public administration, such as the creation of a criminal organization, social security fraud and acts of concealment and asset dilapidation.
