Peace agreement has financial compensation for Iran and guarantees from Tehran that it will never have a nuclear weapon, says TV; SEE points

Statements from Iran and the USA show that peace negotiations still have impasses ahead
The agreement to end the war in the Middle East signed by the United States and Iran includes guarantees from Tehran that it will never have nuclear weapons and financial compensation to the Iranian government, according to the CNN International TV network, which said it had access to the full text this Wednesday (17).
The content of the agreement has not yet been officially disclosed. The text was signed virtually over the weekend, according to the US government, and will be signed in person at a ceremony on Friday (19) in Geneva, Switzerland.
According to CNN Internacional, the agreement has 14 points. Among them are:
The mutual declaration and together with "their allies in the war", of an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts;
The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran blocked during the war in retaliation for US and Israeli attacks;
Financial compensation to Iran, in an undetermined amount: the agreement, according to CNN, says that Tehran will be able to have access to a fund of US$300 billion if it fulfills its promise not to develop nuclear weapons. This Wednesday, however, Trump denied that there is such a fund;
The lifting of all types of sanctions that currently affect Iran within a period yet to be determined by both parties;
Iran's commitment that it will never produce nuclear weapons;
The commitment, on the part of the USA and its "regional allies", to create a plan for the rehabilitation and economic development of Iran within 60 days;
Permission for Iran to sell its oil and petrochemical products;
The issuance by the US Treasury Department of exemptions for exports of Iranian crude oil, petrochemical products and their derivatives, and "all related services, including banking, insurance, transportation and the like";
An understanding for a final agreement within 60 days, including the issue of Iran's nuclear program;
Iran's commitment to restore shipping traffic between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman (connected by the Strait of Hormuz) to pre-war levels within 30 days;
The agreement does not foresee, according to the North American network, the limit of uranium enrichment that Iran will be able to produce. And it determines that the fate of nuclear material and uranium enriched by Iran will still be defined in the final agreement, within 60 days.
