Paula Lima opens a new phase with "D'Ouro Brilhante" and prepares an album for 2027

Paula Lima began a new moment in her career with the release of "D'Ouro Brilhante", a single that hit platforms this Friday (29) and anticipates the singer's next album, scheduled for March 2027.

The track reinforces the mix of soul, samba, MPB and Brazilian black music, important marks in the artist's trajectory. The launch also marks Paula's arrival at Black Service, a label created by Seu Jorge, where she is the first officially announced artist.

"D'Ouro Brilhante" was composed by Paula Lima and Di Melo. The meeting between the two took place in 2023, during the recording of "Cavalo de Aço". The arrangement is by Feijuca, who also shares production with Marcus Preto.

The song brings together brass, strings, percussion, strong base and vocal arrangements created by Paula Lima alongside Marcelo Gonçalves. According to the singer, the track has a fresh sound, Brazilian and Latin sauce, in addition to a participation by Di Melo built from audios sent during the process.

The new album is being developed with Seu Jorge and Black Service, and will feature collaborations in the compositions of Luedji Luna, Tássia Reis, Rachel Reis and Seu Jorge himself. Before the album, Paula Lima should still release two more singles.
