Paraná Polls: 49.3% disapprove of the Lula government in RJ; 47.9% approve
The government of President of the Republic Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) is disapproved by 49.3% of voters in Rio de Janeiro, according to a survey by the Paraná Pesquisas institute released this Thursday (2).
In contrast, 47.9% of the electorate approves of the management of the head of the Executive. Another 2.9% did not know or had no opinion.
Evaluation
The research also analyzed how voters in Rio de Janeiro evaluate Lula's federal administration.
For 41.7%, the president's work is "bad" or "terrible". While 22.9% evaluate Lula's performance as "regular".
On the other hand, 33.8% consider the government to be "excellent" or "good". Another 1.6% did not know or had no opinion.
Methodology
The Paraná Pesquisas institute interviewed 1,600 voters in Rio de Janeiro, between June 29th and July 1st, through in-person interviews. The survey's margin of error is 2.5 percentage points, plus or minus, with a 95% confidence interval.
The research was carried out with resources from the institute itself and is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under protocol BR-05371/2026.
