Outside the World Cup, João Pedro appears in Madonna's new video; look
Brazilian striker João Pedro, who currently plays for Chelsea, caught attention when he appeared in the new music video released by Madonna, this Monday (8).
On alert for a possible call-up at the 2026 World Cup, the athlete was caught participating in one of the scenes in the video for "Confessions II - The Film", by the Pop star.
The Brazilian appears in a scene in which Madonna is in the bathroom, along with other men. On the occasion, other celebrities also appear, such as model Kate Moss and actor Benedict Cumberbatch.

João Pedro was not called up for the 2026 World Cup
One of the highlights of world football today, João Pedro ended up being left out of the official call-up of the Brazilian team for the 2026 World Cup.
Soon after the announcement of the 26 names, the athlete himself spoke out on social media.
"I tried to do my best at all times. Unfortunately, it was not possible to fulfill this dream of representing my country in a World Cup, but I remain calm and centered, as I always try to be. Joys and frustrations are part of football. From now on, I wish good luck to everyone who will be there, and I will be another supporter for them to bring the hexa home", he published.
João Pedro had a great season for Chelsea, in England, with 20 goals and six assists in 49 games, even though the London team was in trouble.
