Oura Ring Files Confidentially for IPO in the US

Finnish smart ring company Oura Ring announced on Thursday (21) that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement to the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the initial public offering (IPO) of its common shares.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range of the proposed offering have not yet been defined, the startup said in a statement.

The initial public offering is expected to occur upon completion of the SEC review process, subject to market and other conditions.

Oura Ring distributes smart rings that continuously monitor more than 50 health metrics, benefiting both individuals and thousands of research teams, healthcare professionals and organizations. The company was founded in Finland in 2013.
