Rapper Mauro Davi dos Santos Nepomuceno, known artistically as Oruam, is considered a fugitive after a preventive arrest warrant was issued by judge Tula Correa de Mello, of the 3rd Criminal Court of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ). According to the Public Ministry, Márcia Gama acted as a type of financial manager for the organization, while Oruam also participated in the money laundering process for the faction.
The Public Ministry of São Paulo also requested the court to arrest the rapper in a case in which he is accused of shooting a firearm. According to investigations, Oruam allegedly fired a shotgun during a party in Garatá, in the interior of São Paulo, in December 2024. The scene was filmed and published on social media.
The prosecutor responsible for the case also stated that the artist is being investigated on suspicion of money laundering, links with Comando Vermelho and involvement in attempted murder against civil police officers in Rio de Janeiro.
