Operation targets R$25 million militia scheme in Rio

The Civil Police carries out, this Friday (19), an operation against the militia that operates in the Catiri region, in Bangu, in the west zone of Rio.

The action targets senior members of the group, which is being investigated for extortion and money laundering. In total, 50 search and seizure warrants were executed in the capital, Baixada Fluminense and in the interior of the state.
