A possible agreement between Iran and the United States foresees that the number of ships authorized to transit the Strait of Hormuz would return to pre-war levels within 30 days, according to the Iranian agency Tasnim.
The naval blockade should be completely lifted within 30 days, according to a memorandum of understanding, Tasnim said, adding that part of the frozen Iranian funds should be released in the first phase.
The possible memorandum includes an end to the war on all fronts, with Washington lifting sanctions on Iranian oil during negotiations.
Iran has not yet accepted any measures related to its nuclear program, Tasnim added.
