Neymar goes to the net and speaks before Brazil's debut in the World Cup

The main name in Brazilian football, striker Neymar took to social media and sent a message before the Brazilian team's debut in the 2026 World Cup this Saturday (13), against Morocco.

Out of the game due to an injury, Neymar was grateful for the opportunity to be present at another World Cup.

"Thank you my GOD... thank you for making me experience this once again", he published.

Brazil faces Morocco at 7pm (Brasília time) this Saturday, in the opening of Group C of the World Cup, in New York/New Jersey, in the United States.

Neymar suffered a grade 2 muscle injury in his right calf, confirmed on May 28, still in Brazil. The recovery period is 2 to 3 weeks, and he is expected to be ready for the second game, against Haiti, on June 19th.
