New TOP app is now available for transport users in SP

A new version of the TOP platform application developed to simplify the passenger experience on public transport was presented this Wednesday (10). The TOP system is used in intercity transport in São Paulo.

According to Autopass, a technology company focused on urban mobility and electronic ticketing, which coordinates TOP, the new structure was developed to make processes such as card consultation, recharge and account management more agile, in addition to preparing the platform for future integrations and expansion into new operations.

The new version of the application promises side navigation to view products linked to the user, in addition to visual differentiation between TOP Card and QR Code. It also allows the user to update registration information directly through the app, without the need for additional service steps.

New TOP is now available to all users in app stores. Those who have the current version can access the new version with the same login and password used previously, without needing to create an account.

The updates also facilitate simplified purchase and recharge flows. Thus, the user will be able to select pre-defined amounts for recharge and make payments via Pix directly in the application.
