Natura says that Advent now holds 6.6% of the company's share capital

Natura announced this Thursday (2) that the multi-strategy equity investment fund Lotus informed that it now holds 90,676,500 shares in the cosmetics manufacturer, which represent 6.6% of the company's share capital.

The fund is held by vehicles managed by Advent International and the operation follows an agreement announced in March that provides for the acquisition of a stake of up to 10% in Natura by the American private equity company.

In this Thursday's statement, Natura also said that Advent maintains, through exclusively financial settlement derivative operations, exposure equivalent to 19,288,800 shares of the company, which represent 1.4% of the share capital.
