Nascar Brazil and NBA carry out joint actions in São Paulo

Nascar Brasil and the NBA announced a special collaboration that brings together two of the most iconic championship symbols in world sport. The NBA's Larry O'Brien Trophy and the world's most coveted touring motorsport trophy are united in a series of actions over the next few weeks.

The first meeting took place at the NBA office in São Paulo, in a preview of NBA House 2026, which will take place at Shopping Eldorado between the 3rd and 21st of June. The symbolic meeting also featured the WSL and NBB trophies.

The collaboration between Nascar Brasil and the NBA continued this weekend, when the Larry O'Brien Trophy visited the Autódromo de Interlagos during the third stage of the 2026 Nascar Brasil season, touring the legendary circuit and visiting the teams' pits.

The initiative connects two highly engaged fan communities, and continues during NBA House 2026 in Brazil. NASCAR Brazil drivers will interact with fans and participate in digital challenges linked to the NBA Finals.

Spanning over 6,000 m², NBA House will feature immersive basketball and entertainment experiences for fans of all ages as it celebrates its 10th anniversary in the country.

The Nascar Brazil Trophy is an exclusive model for the category champion, raised by Rubens Barrichello last season. In addition to the trophy, the big national winner also receives a special bracelet and has his name engraved in the Nascar Hall of Fame, in the United States.

The last weekend of Nascar Brasil in Interlagos brought together more than 50 thousand motorsport fans in the stands and boxes of the most traditional racetrack in the country. The calendar continues with the fourth stage, on the 27th and 28th of this month, at Velocitta, also in São Paulo.
