Mothers and children die in fire in Russia, agency says
Six people, including four children, died in a fire that ripped through a private house in the village of Yuryevka, Russia's Omsk region, the TASS news agency reported, citing local authorities.
According to the agency, the Regional Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said in a statement that the victims included two women and their children. The children were aged 1, 2, 5 and 14, while the mothers were aged 25 and 35.
Omsk is in southwest Siberia, about 2,200 km east of Moscow.
