Mostra Cinema Brasileiro shows free national feature films from A to Z

The second edition of the Brazilian Cinema Exhibition from A to Z selected 24 films, whose titles begin with each letter of the alphabet, and takes place from June 13th to November 21st, in São Paulo. Entries to the sessions are free and the program includes classic and contemporary national films.

Among some of the titles are productions adapted from literary works, such as "Inocência", by Visconde de Taunay, "Fogo Morto", by José Lins do Rego, and "Lavoura Arcaica", by Raduan Nassar. Other successful feature films are also on the list, such as "Cabra Marcado para Morrer", from 1984, directed by the famous documentary filmmaker Eduardo Coutinho.

"Kasa Branca!", whose cast includes actor and ex-BBB Babu Santana, will be shown at the show in August and will feature a debate with director Luciano Vidigal. Most of the works will have conversation circles with production teams after the screening, as stated in the event schedule.

Half of the exhibition program, organized by the Centro Popular de Cultura da Umes (Municipal Union of High School Students) in São Paulo, has already been announced. Check out the films already confirmed at the event:
