During the World Cup period, which takes place between June 11th and July 19th, in the United States, Mexico and Canada, the Corinthians Cultural Department decided to exhibit, at the club's Memorial, in Parque São Jorge, a collection, with historical items, of the players who defended the Corinthians shirt while representing the Brazilian team in World Cups.

As published by the Cultural Department on its social networks, the exhibition is made up of magazines, photographs, shirts and other objects that illustrate part of the history of the players called up to defend Brazil in World Cups when they played for Corinthians. According to information from Meu Timão, the collection should remain on display until the end of the biggest national team tournament on the planet.

Corinthians, throughout its history, had 29 call-ups for World Cups, with Rivellino, Baltazar and Ricardinho participating in two editions, which means that 26 different players represented the Brazilian team in World Cups while wearing the Alvinegro shirt. Of these 26, eight were world champions during the period they played for Timão: 1958 - Gilmar and Oreco; 1970 - Rivellino and Ado; 1994 - Viola and 2002 - Dida, Vampeta and Ricardinho.

In the 2010, 2014 and 2022 World Cups, Corinthians did not have any representative called up for the Brazilian team. The last time this happened was in 2018, when goalkeeper Cássio and right-back Fagner were called by coach Tite to join Amarelinha's squad at the World Cup in Russia. In that edition, Brazil was eliminated by Belgium in the quarter-finals.
