Caixa Econômica Federal increased the estimated prize for the special 30-year Mega-Sena competition to R$200 million. The draw will be held at 11am on May 24th.
Initially, contest number 3,010 had an estimated prize of R$ 150 million, according to an announcement released by Caixa in April.
According to the rules published by Caixa, the prize for the special draw does not accumulate, so if no one matches the six numbers, the main amount will be divided among the bettors who match the corner.
If there are still not enough winners, it will go to the court, increasing the chances of someone getting the sequence of numbers right.
