Medium/Idea: Flávio's audio had a negative impact on 44% of voters
Flávio Bolsonaro's audio to former banker Daniel Vorcaro changed the opinion of 44% of voters about the senator for the worse, according to a new Meio/Ideia survey released this Thursday (27).
For 30.8% of those interviewed, the relationship between the PL pre-candidate for the Presidency and the former owner of Banco Master did not influence anything, while another 14.5% had a better opinion of Flávio after the episode was released.
Another 10.7% were unable to answer.
On the 13th, Intercept Brasil released messages, documents and an audio in which it is possible to hear Flávio demanding a payment from Vorcaro. According to the senator, the money would refer to the production of "Dark Horse", a fiction based on the life of his father, former president Jair Bolsonaro. Documents show that at least US$10.6 million, around R$61 million, was paid between February and May 2025 in six bank transfers to finance the project.
According to the survey, at least 70.4% of Brazilians learned about the case at some level of depth. Only 18.2% of those interviewed said they had not seen or heard anything related to the episode, while another 11.4% did not want to or did not know how to respond.
The main reading is that the episode could harm Flávio Bolsonaro's campaign for President, according to 57% of those interviewed. On the contrary, only 6% believe it should help and 24% believe it will have no impact.
This week, the senator went to the United States, where he met with members of Donald Trump's government, including the president himself. The expectation of those around Flávio is that the trip will serve to clean up the pre-candidate's image amid the scandal of the "Dark Horse" case.
