Gaviões da Fiel celebrated, last Saturday (4), its 57 years of foundation with a party held at the Neo Química Arena. Among the event's attractions was the singer MC Hariel, who once again demonstrated his identification with Corinthians and with the club's main organized fans.
After the presentation, the artist recalled his history with Gaviões da Fiel and highlighted the emotion of participating in the celebration. Hariel said that he has followed the samba school since childhood and said that singing for the Corinthians fans represents a dream come true.

"I was joking. Today was a six-point game. Being at home, in front of the Gaviões fans and the Corinthians fans, is very special. I'm very happy to be living this moment. I've followed several stages of Corinthians, I've sold corn at the Gaviões rehearsals for Carnival, I've been to the Pacaembu and Arena stands, and even to the box. Being here today singing is a pleasure huge.
My uncle was head of the Gaviões wing during Carnival, and I accompanied him selling costumes and corn at rehearsals. I can say that this samba school is part of my life. I'm a Corinthians fan and I have a very strong connection with Gaviões. When we sing here, some songs end up being left out. The song 'Jack de Maçã Verde', for example, I don't usually sing at this event. We adapt the repertoire and put together a special show for such a special day."
The singer also revealed that he participated in the composition of one of the sambas competing for next year's Carnival and reinforced his affection for the samba school, regardless of the result of the competition.
"I'm very happy. As I said, singing for this crowd is a dream come true. Being here today with these guys is very special. I hope to have other opportunities like this. I also had the pleasure of participating in the composition of a samba for next year's Carnival. I hope that our samba is chosen so that this connection continues. But, if it doesn't happen, I'm also happy. I'm a Corinthians fan, I'm Gaviões and I'll always support the school. Today was a very special day and I'm happy too much."
During the interview, Hariel also commented on his friendship with Memphis Depay. The artist revealed that the two exchanged gifts recently and stated that he intends to talk to the striker after the Netherlands team is eliminated from the World Cup.
"That's what I made and sent to him. Then, he also made one and sent it to me. We ended up exchanging it. You have to ask him to stay, but first I'm going to let him cool down. He must be upset with this elimination, which ended up being premature. The guy prepared himself all year. I'll call him in a little while."
Memphis Depay was eliminated from the World Cup after the Dutch team's defeat to Morocco on penalties. The striker has a contract with Corinthians until July 31st, and the club is in talks to try to keep him.
Known for his identification with Timão, MC Hariel frequently participates in actions linked to the club. This year, the singer was involved in the launch of the shirt in honor of Sabotage, in addition to having already performed at the Neo Química Arena and produced content alongside Memphis Depay.
