Last Friday, the mayor of New York, Zohran Mamdani, made a quote to Corinthians and the idol Sócrates during his program "The Morning Pitch", published on the American city hall's social networks. The program addressed logistical and security issues for the opening game of the 2026 World Cup between Brazil and Morocco, which takes place at 7pm (Brasília time).
