Corinthians went to the field this afternoon, for the Brasileirão U17, and won the classic against Palmeiras. Playing at home, Filhos do Terrão beat their rivals 3-1, with goals from Lucca Caramico and two from Matheus Rocha. After a first half without many chances, Timãozinho launched an attack and won the three points in a good second half.

Coach Guilherme Nascimento started the match with the following formation: Milani; Brenno Augusto, Felipe Aguirra, Lucão, Wendel, Ji-Paraná, Lucca Caramico, Léo Amistá, Matheus Rocha, Kevin Fernando and Miguel Moscardo.

The game
In the first stage, Corinthians had more possession of the ball in the first minutes, but suffered from little effectiveness in finishing at the opponent's goal.
