"Masters of the Universe" and more: the week's premieres in theaters and streaming
The month of June begins with several premieres to put on our to-watch list. In this first week, eleven titles arrive in national cinemas, with plenty of options for all audiences, such as the long-awaited remake of He-Man, with "Masters of the Universe", starring Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes.
Following the success of "Michael" in theaters, which became one of the highest-grossing films of the year so far, Netflix is betting on the series "Michael Jackson: The Veredito", which features the controversies that led to the singer being tried in the early 2000s. The platform also features a secret romance starring Jennifer Lopes and Brett Goldenstein, which takes place between co-workers, in "Office Passion".
It is worth highlighting the new Apple TV series, "Cabo do Medo", a psychological thriller starring Amy Adams, Javier Bardem and Patrick Wilson. Commanded by Nick Antosca, it is executive produced by the director, Martin Scorses, Steven Spielberg, Amy Adams and Javier Bardem.

"Cabo do Medo" - June 5 on Apple TV
The plot follows the return of the dangerous Max Cady (Javier Bardem), who seeks revenge against the lawyer couple responsible for his arrest. Anna Bowden (Amy Adams) and Tom Bowden (Patrick Wilson) see their perfect life fall apart when their violent past resurfaces. With 10 episodes, the miniseries also features Joe Anders, Lily Collias, Malia Pyles and CCH Pounder in the cast.

"Paris, Texas" in 4k - June 5th on MUBI
Travis leaves the Texas desert after disappearing for four years. His brother Walt picks him up, who has been taking care of Travis' son Hunter. Slowly reconnecting with his son, Travis attempts to reunite his family by traveling to Houston in search of his ex-wife.

"Masters of the Universe" - June 3 in theaters
