Nesta quarta-feira (8), Marcelo Courrege, repórter da Globo, se envolveu durante a entrevista coletiva de Brahim Díaz. O jornalista se pronunciou e explicou o que ocasionou o desentendimento entre os dois.
"The Moroccan reporter was very eager to ask the question and raised his arm a few times, invading the camera's image. I asked him twice not to raise it so much and he started shouting at me. He held my arm and I reacted. It was annoying at the time, but I explained better later", commented Courrege.
"Afterwards, calmer, he understood. I apologized for the misunderstanding. He also apologized to me. We hugged and he even took a photo. It's Morocco's game of a lifetime, against France, involving so many issues. The tension is totally understandable. It happened, but it's over."
What the confusion was like
