Maicon increases Corinthians Futsal's artillery advantage; check the updated season numbers

Corinthians continues to experience a moment of recovery in the 2026 season and, along with the positive results, it has also updated the competition for the team's top scorer. After the 5 x 1 defeat of Wimpro Guarulhos, last Tuesday (30), in the Campeonato Paulista, Maicon increased his lead among the scorers in the black and white squad.
The number 9 has ten goals in 21 matches played and is Corinthians' main scorer this year. Right behind is Rick, with nine goals in 24 games, remaining the main pursuer in the internal dispute.

In third place are Fabinho and Lucas Martins, both with six goals scored. Fabinho reached the milestone in 20 games, while Lucas Martins needed 23 games to reach the same number.
Renatinho occupies fifth place on the list, with five goals in 23 commitments. Next come Vinícius Paiva, Fellype Bancatelli and Kevin, who scored four goals each throughout the season.
Igor Bredof is also among the squad's top scorers, with three goals in 23 games. Patrick Petry, Vinícius Dias, Kaio Lopes, Papagaio, Caio Barros and Da Bonja complete the list of athletes who scored at least once in 2026.
The offensive growth follows the team's recovery in recent commitments. After a period of fluctuation in the National Futsal League (LNF), Corinthians once again achieved two consecutive victories for the first time since the beginning of April.
The reaction began last Saturday (27), when Timão beat Tubarão 3 x 1, in the tenth round of the LNF. Afterwards, they confirmed their good moment by beating Wimpro Guarulhos 5 x 1, at Ginásio Wlamir Marques, in the Campeonato Paulista.
