Singer Madonna, 67, announced a partnership with the company Bilt to finance housing for artists in New York. The technology company is focused on member membership benefits in the real estate market and will pay artists one month's rent in a specific location. The action is part of a pre-release campaign for the singer's album "Confessions II", scheduled for July 3 this year.

Together, Madonna and Bilt will offer free rentals at the iconic Music Building in Midtown, the rehearsal space where artists can live and record, and where Madonna began her musical career in the early 1980s. In an interview with People magazine, the singer declared that the action is a tribute to the beginning of her own career.

"Artists arrive in New York every day, with a dream and, most of the time, with little more than that. As much as I suffered when I arrived here with nothing, I cherish the memories of that time in my life", reported Madonna. "The creativity, diversity and community of artists supporting each other while having the freedom to experiment is something I would never have experienced anywhere else."

The collaboration will also give Bilt members a limited edition vinyl of "Confessions II," which is a sequel to the singer's acclaimed album "Confessions on a Dance Floor," released in 2005. The vinyl will come with custom artwork and exclusive photographs by fashion photographer Raphael Pavarotti.

In addition, Madonna will be the featured participant in a special edition of Bilt's monthly game show, "Rent Free," which offers members nationwide the chance to win up to $2,500 in rent.
