Lula attacks Rubio again and calls him a "frustrated Latin American"

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) returned this Wednesday (3) to criticize the United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio. At a ministerial meeting at Palácio do Planalto, the PT member called Rubio a "frustrated Latin American".

On a previous occasion, the head of the Executive had already said that Rubio did not like Brazil. An ally of the family of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Rubio is the son of Cuban immigrants who came to the USA in 1956.
