"This is the reality show, literally, from our house". This is how Viih Tube announced "As Patroas", a program in which 11 employees of the influencer and former BBB and her husband, Eliezer, compete for a prize of R$ 20 thousand and which caught the attention of the Public Ministry of Labor (MPT).
The first episode of the reality show was released this Tuesday (30), on the influencer's YouTube channel and on the couple's social networks. However, less than 24 hours later, the content was removed from YouTube after a series of criticisms related to the exposure of the relationship between employers and employees.
According to the ex-BBB, her reality show, which has no elimination, will be won by whoever accumulates the most points.

In the first episode, the participants (nannies, housekeeper, general assistant and driver) competed in the "CLT challenge", which resulted in the accumulation of R$1,000 and 10 points. In addition, the winner will receive a benefit chosen by the public. The options were: a massage, eating at a restaurant of your choice or starting work an hour later every day of the week.
The first dynamic was a coin hunt inside the couple's mansion. In the images, Eliezer and Viih Tube spread the objects across an artificial lake, throughout the room and even in the toilet and in the bathroom trash.
Anderson, the couple's driver, finds the objects in the bathroom and complains.
"Mercy, right? Inside the toilet? For the love of God, it's not possible."
After removing coins from inside the toilet, he goes through the trash that was next to the seat and takes more objects from there.
"Me I took it from the trash. Full of paper, full of shit", commented Anderson.
At another point, an employee has to go into the lake inside the house to get one of the coins.
Viih Tube hides his reality coin inside the toilet.

In total, the program will have R$60,000 distributed in prizes between the first place winner, who will win R$20,000 and the amount he accumulates in the tests, and the second place winner, who will only have R$20,000. the amount they manage to accumulate in the tests, in addition to a motorcycle, which will be given to the third place in the general competition.
In the dynamics planned for Saturday's episode, the couple's employees would participate in the segment "Washing Dirty Clothes". However, after the negative repercussion of the first episode and the reality show being targeted by the Public Ministry of Labor, Viih Tube published a teaser on social media to explain the program's proposal.
According to the couple, both the reality show and the show "Lavando Roupa Suja" aim to promote a discussion about the precariousness of work relationships and the end of the 6 to 1 scale.
"We hope that we have managed to draw your attention to the excruciating situation that we live in Brazil", said the influencer, referring to the precariousness of work.

Influencers become targets of the MPT
This Thursday (2) the Public Ministry of Labor in São Paulo opened a procedure to investigate the case. In a note sent to g1, the organization reported that it "became aware of the activity announced by the influencer through the press and opened proceedings to investigate the facts".
The case also led to a statement from the Superior Labor Court (TST). Without directly citing the influencers, the court published on social media that exposing workers to humiliating or embarrassing situations could constitute moral harassment.
"The Federal Constitution protects the dignity of the human person, and the Labor Court recognizes liability for abusive conduct. Humiliation is not entertainment. In the workplace, including the domestic environment, respect is a duty", stated the TST.
