Line 2-Green operates slowly after a problem with the door system in SP
Metro Line 2-Green operates at reduced speed this Tuesday morning (16), due to a problem in the platform door system at three stations in São Paulo.
According to the Metro, the restriction occurs at Vila Prudente, Sacomã and Tamanduateí stations. Due to the integration between stations, trips on lines 15-Silver and 1-Blue were also impacted.
Passengers report slowness and 30-minute waiting times on platforms. According to them, the doors take a while to close and continue on the journey.

At this time, there is no information about what caused this problem. Furthermore, there is no forecast for Line 2-Green to return to normal. According to the Metro, only lines 1 and 15 have resumed operations without restrictions.
