'Lethal Weapon' actor Danny Glover reveals Alzheimer's diagnosis

Actor Danny Glover announced that he has Alzheimer's. The diagnosis was revealed this Wednesday (1st), on the North American TV channel "NBC".
In the interview, the actor from "Lethal Weapon" and "The Color Purple" spoke about the decision to announce and about the fear of losing part of his memory.
"I'm sure that as the disease progresses, things will look different and some changes will happen", he said.

Danny Glover highlighted that he is calm about the care he is taking. will receive, as he claims that his family "will take care of everything".
"I think it's important that he has control of his own narrative, the story of his life. What better time than now for him to talk about himself", explained Mandisa Glover, the actor's daughter.
Even after the diagnosis, the actor continued with his schedule of professional commitments. "In a way, I can live with it" he summed up.
