Corinthians had an absence during the activity held this Wednesday at CT Joaquim Grava. Midfielder Zakaria Labyad did not participate in the field work due to a thigh problem.
As a preventive measure, the medical department decided to keep the 33-year-old Moroccan player inside the training center, where he underwent specific treatment. The intention is to prevent the condition from evolving into a more serious injury. The expectation is that Labyad will return to normal activities with the rest of the cast in the coming days, if he shows good progress.

Who was also left out of training was defender Gustavo Henrique. The defender had already been absent in the previous two sessions and continues to recover from pain in the hip flexor region.
Corinthians' next appointment will be this Sunday, at 4pm (Brasília time). The team faces Cascavel in a friendly match scheduled for the Arnaldo Busato Municipal Stadium, in the city of Cascavel.
