Kepler Weber invests R$7.3 million and increases stake in Procer

Kepler Weber announced this Thursday (22) the completion of the purchase of 17,924 common shares of Procer Automação, a controlled company specializing in digital solutions for grain storage. With the operation, the company's stake in Procer increased to 62.6%. The transaction value was R$7.3 million.

According to a material fact disclosed to the CVM (Securities Commission), the acquisition was carried out together with two founding shareholders of Procer, as provided for in the investment, share purchase and sale contract and in the shareholders' agreement signed between the parties.

In the statement, Kepler Weber stated that the operation strengthens its position in the strategic management of Procer and increases its influence over the management and functioning of the subsidiary's bodies.

The company also informed that the payment and transfer of shares have already been completed. According to the company, the amount disbursed does not qualify as a relevant investment under the terms of the Brazilian Corporation Law.

The increase in Kepler Weber's stake in Procer had been planned since 2022, when the company acquired control of the automation company.
