Karoline Lima changed the tone of her hair, abandoning the platinum blonde and opting for a color that brings more depth. Amidst the change, comparisons of the influencer's "before and after" took over the internet.

Long before assuming a relationship with player Léo Pereira, Karoline kept her hair black and did not have any cosmetic procedures. Over time, however, she underwent a lipoplasty and a mammoplasty after the birth of her daughter, Cecília, who was the result of her relationship with Éder Militão, 28.

When her relationship with Léo Pereira began, at the end of 2023, Karoline had already undergone several aesthetic procedures.
