Judge rejects advisor embargoes and maintains Assembly format on Statute reform

The court denied, this Wednesday, the request by Corinthians advisor, Felipe Ezabella, to restrict the agenda of the General Assembly (GA) scheduled for June 20th. The decision was made by judge Rafael Viotti Schlobach, from the 3rd Civil Court of the Tatuapé Regional Court, and maintains the original format of the plea: Parque São Jorge members will vote on both the base text of the new Statute and the 15 specific topics approved by the Deliberative Council (CD) between April and May.
