João Gomes' wife makes the singer's dream come true with an unusual gift
Ary Mirelle, 24, wife of singer João Gomes, 23, gave the artist a special Valentine's Day surprise, and published the exciting moment on social media.
The influencer blindfolded João Gomes and showed him the unusual gift he always dreamed of having: a Sony microphone, model C-800G, advertised for almost R$300,000 on Brazilian websites. In the recording, the singer gets emotional and is shocked by the surprise. "It's an international microphone, do you realize? My gift won't even come close to yours," he said.
"João had a dream of having a certain microphone and he always told me that (laughs) I gave him the microphone for Valentine's Day. That's not much compared to what you already do for me, but it's an encouragement for you to continue making beautiful music with your beautiful voice and with this gift that God gave you, and nothing, no one and no word to the contrary takes it away", Ary wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
"You are very special to me and to many people from an entire country (outside the country as it is international). I'm always here for you. I'll be the first to applaud you, support you and pull your ear from time to time. I love you, you make a really beautiful song for me (laughs)", he added.
In the comments of the video, João left a loving statement to his beloved: "I don't think I'm going to sleep today, you know how much I'm struggling these days to be able to record something... because studio stuff makes me feel so good... thank you for making me get out of bed on the days when I felt insecure and you told me where I had to go (which was for the studio to try to do something [...] I don't even know if I deserve all of this [...] My heart is beating so hard writing this...".
"I can try to do something for you because I love you, but what you do for me will never be balanced on the scales of life. I love you, thank you for always being that light of hope in my days... our children and our home... our time, sometimes so few and rare but full of love... my heart knew from the day I met you that I would love you this way... without measure and that I would be happy with you", he concluded.
Recently, Ary revealed his desire to have another child with João Gomes. The couple started dating at the end of 2022, the year they met and started getting involved. After a brief period apart, the couple announced their engagement and, in mid-2024, the wedding took place months after the birth of their firstborn.
