Itamaraty must dialogue to reverse US decision, says former secretary

These are rifles that are killing people and arming criminal factions from the north to the south of Brazil", he highlighted.

In the end, Sarrubbo reiterated his preference for the path of dialogue. "I want to believe that we will follow the pragmatic path of dialogue and seek to maintain the structures that are very efficient today in terms of cooperation in Brazil", he stated.
