"It was disgusting", says actor about hot scene between brothers in "Game of Thrones"
Actor Kit Harington, 39, revealed that he was disgusted at having to record some of the scenes for "Game of Thrones", the HBO series that aired between 2011 and 2019.
Jon Snow's interpreter stated that he found it very strange that his character had a sexual relationship with his own sister, Sansa Stark, played by actress Sophie Turner, 30.
"It was strange. I know everyone already knows this, but she was a child when she started on 'Game of Thrones'", said the artist on Variety's "Actors on Actors" program.
Kit Harington said that it was Sophie Turner herself who nominated him for the role of Jon in "Game of Thrones". "She sent me the script and I said, 'Sophie, there's a lot of us together in there'. She hadn't realized that. She just said, 'Yes, Kit would be great for that role,'" he said.
The celebrity, despite having to perform controversial scenes, stated that working with Sophie was always very professional. "We did it. It was disgusting, but everything worked out. She's an incredible actress, she's phenomenal!", he defined.
